Fantastic NEW Corporate Development Associate opportunity with an exclusive, top-shelf Seattle investment firm. Ideal for 2-4 years in investment banking, M&A advisory, management consulting, PE, or valuations background. This role blends financial modeling, asset allocation, transaction execution, investment strategy and monitoring, project management, and researching and analyzing new investment opportunities. Take the lead on M&A/investment finance for new and existing portfolio investments, budget prep, forecasting, financial modeling, valuations, assisting on strategic projects, analyzing scenarios, ROI, deal structuring, working under a stellar Corp Dev Director. Comp range to $150K bonus, great benefits, 3 days a week in DT Seattle, parking paid.
