Job Summary

Essential Functions
- Serve as Matrix’s senior consultant in the CO Springs office
- Support proposal development by providing content for the approach, schedule, or other sections as assigned in accordance with the request for proposal or request for qualifications
- Support project execution to include budgeting, scheduling, organizing teams, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines, quality assurance, invoicing, preparing reports, developing technical documents and presentations, and contributing to others project deliverables.
- Meeting with clients and their representatives as an individual or part of a team to present results, resolve issues, answer questions, and maintain good relations.
- Plan, organize, and lead facilitation of virtual and in-person engagements with project stakeholders focused on visioning, brainstorming, and solving various challenges.
- Support continuous process improvement and business process reengineering projects through process mapping; data collection, analysis, & visualization; and development of digital solutions
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to recruit and motivate a team of professionals.
- Outstanding facilitation skills and capability to fully participate in meetings with senior community and military personnel.
- Military installation facilities management
- Organizational management with exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Ability to synthesize and distill disparate sources into concise reports/presentations.
- A strong skillset in Microsoft office applications.
- Ability, and willingness to travel to project sites and other facility offices.
- None initially, but expectation is to grow into leadership role.
- Graduate degree in engineering, operations research, data science or related field of study.
- Minimum of twenty years of work-related experience.
- Experience working with or for the Department of Defense.
- Valid driver's license, in conjunction with successfully passing the Company’s MVR screening.
