We are a growing multifamily renovation construction company looking for a hands-on Renovation Supervisor to lead field operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, communicates well with both field teams and clients, and can confidently manage multiple moving parts on active renovation projects.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations on multifamily renovation projects from planning through closeout
- Supervise Construction Technicians and subcontractors on-site
- Manage project schedules, materials, quality control, and jobsite safety
- Coordinate with Construction Managers, vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide updates throughout project execution
- Identify and proactively solve project issues, delays, or safety concerns
- Assist with hiring recommendations, employee coaching, performance feedback, and field training
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, permits, and company policies
- Review subcontractor work and support change order management
- Maintain accurate daily reports, jobsite documentation, and time tracking

Requirements
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in construction project management, superintendent, renovation supervision, or similar field leadership role
- Multifamily renovation experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and multiple active projects
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, tablets/iPads, and construction technology tools
- Valid Driver’s License required
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred — this role regularly interacts with Spanish-speaking field employees and subcontractors
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk construction sites, climb stairs/ladders, and work in active jobsite environments
- Frequent on-site field oversight and inspections
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
