Key Responsibilities
- Support in developing and managing project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables for steam supply system projects.

Oversee day-to-day project activities, including contractor coordination, outage task execution, and field progress tracking.

Ensure compliance with NRC, INPO, and site-specific regulatory and safety requirements.

Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives, and escalate issues to the Lead PM.

Manage project documentation, including work packages, change orders, progress reports, and closeout records.

Facilitate communication between technical advisors (TFAs), client site personnel, subcontractors, and the Lead PM.

Participate in risk management activities and recommend mitigation strategies.

Lead status meetings, prepare project reports, and provide updates to the Lead PM and leadership.

Support lessons-learned capture and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; equivalent technical/industry experience may be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of project management or project controls experience, preferably in nuclear power or heavy industrial settings. Demonstrated experience managing outage-related scopes, field execution, or EPC-type projects.
- Familiarity with NRC, INPO, and utility project requirements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Ability to travel extensively (50–80%) and work at nuclear plant sites.
Preferred Skills
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
- Experience with steam supply systems or OEM-equivalent nuclear equipment
- Understanding of steam supply, turbine-generator, or balance of plant systems.
- Experience working as part of a matrixed project team under a Lead PM structure.
