Summary
Human Resource Recruiter shall support human resource functions including, but not limited to recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. In addition, they shall address employee inquiries, maintain accurate personnel records, assist with recruitment processes, and ensure employees adhere to company policies and labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using a variety of methods; job fairs, online postings, social media, leveraging community partnerships.
- Administer job postings; drafting job descriptions, create listings, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews
- Screen all paper applications and referred candidates
- File all documentation in relation to hiring and onboarding.
- Maintain KPI excel sheet tracking from screening to onboarding
- Manage recruiting cycle of 10-50 positions for multiple facilities.
- Schedule candidates for interviews for their respective facilities and hiring managers.
- Maintain relationship with key stakeholders and hiring managers
- Keep up to date with local, state and federal laws in relation to recruiting/talent acquisition.
- Assist with onboarding and benefit administration of new candidates.
- Address employee inquiries and follow up with personnel.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by performing housekeeping complying with GMPs SQF HAACP, LOTO and general workplace safety standards
- Must maintain accurate documentation that is legible, and organized
- Must follow good manufacturing practices
- Must ensure food safety and quality are maintained by following regulations and company guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training related to job duties, safety, equipment operation, and product handling.
- Perform other duties as directed by management

Required Qualifications
· High Volume recruiting
· Bilingual (Spanish)
· Strong excel and spreadsheet knowledge
· 2 or more years of recruiting experience
· Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· Multi state recruiting
· Manufacturing industry experience
Education / Certificates
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged Standing of 6 or more hours
- Repetitive Tasks and motions
Location:
Travel: Travel tor industry events, visitation to facilities within company network may be required on occasion
Work Environment (Production):
- Work areas consist of both indoor and outdoor warehouse setting, concrete flooring, moderate noise levels, and led lighting
- Fast-paced Automated machinery and equipment for processing and production
- The warehouse is not climate controlled; temperatures very based on seasonal changes providing exposure to heat, cold, humidity and dust
Expected Hours: Variable shifts; production lines run 24 hours / 7 days a week and requires all employees to have open availability, including but not limited to working weekends, evenings, holidays.)
