Matrix Behavior embraces family values and a collaborative work culture. At Matrix we provide BHT with RBT training to advance and offer flexible work schedules. Full-time and part-time hours are available mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
Compliance with IBHS regulations and MCO guidelines is essential as you work on targeted treatment goals outlined in Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP). Be prepared to engage in direct client interaction, conduct necessary paperwork daily, and submit weekly reports to the office for review. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives while honing your behavioral health intervention skills.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are at least one of the following:
~Persons with a bachelor level degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or criminal justice with no previous work experience; or
~Persons with a bachelor level degree in any other field with at least 1 year of full-time paid work experience that involved direct contact with childre or adolescents; or
~Persons with an associate level degree or 60 credits toward a bachelor-level degree with 3 years of full-time paid work experience that involved direct contact with children or adolescent; or
~Licensed practical nurse with at least 3 years of full-time paid work experience that involved direct contact with children or adolescents.
~Have a high school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma and have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT Task list as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BC-ABA.
~MUST have a driver's license!
