Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking Behavioral Health Technician (BHT-ABA)
and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Northampton/Lehigh County.

Duties and Responsibilities of BHT-ABA and RBT include but are not limited to:
- Complete required Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and case related trainings as assigned;
- Provide one on one ABA interventions for children and adolescents in home, school and community settings;
- Follow individualized ABA treatment plans to provide appropriate therapeutic services;
- Transfer skills to school personnel and family members;
- Attend weekly supervision;
- Record data and chart progress daily.
Minimum Requirements for Behavioral Health Technician (BHT-ABA):
- Persons with a bachelor level degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or criminal justice with no previous work experience; or
- Persons with a bachelor level degree in any other field with at least 1 year of full-time paid work experience that involved direct contact with children or adolescents; or
- Persons with an associate level degree, or 60 credits toward a bachelor-level degree with 3 years of full-time paid work experience that involved direct contact with children or adolescent; or
- Licensed practical nurse, with at least 3 years of full-time paid work experience that involved direct contact with children or adolescents.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred; however, Matrix will provide RBT training to BHT to be completed within 180 days.
All degrees and coursework must be from an accredited program and/or university or college
BHT staff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances) and be able to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
