Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution
- Support scheduling and coordination of active construction projects
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and production milestones
- Assist in resolving field issues to maintain workflow continuity
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and build standards
- Act as a liaison between field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Support onboarding and communication with subcontractors (Buildertrend, COIs, compliance)
- Assist Project Managers with daily operational needs
- Track KPIs including cycle time, job completion rates, and production efficiency
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

- Excellent communication and leadership potential
- Familiarity with residential remodeling or basement finishing is a plus
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
