Job Responsibilities and Requirements Our Summer Intern Program is a ten-week practical experience that offers you an opportunity to gain knowledge about Reliance Matrix's business, mission, and culture. The program is designed to provide participants an experience in an extremely dynamic environment through collaboration and interaction with senior leadership, managers, cross-functional teams, and other interns. Enterprise Claims Organization Internships with Reliance Matrix This internship offers hands-on exposure to the claim’s lifecycle, including intake, documentation, investigation, and resolution. Interns will gain insight into disability, leave, and absence management claims while developing professional skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards. The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. Work location may be flexible if approved by the Company.
