About Us:
We are a stealth-mode consumer tech start-up working on an innovative product that will transform the way people engage with technology. While we are currently under wraps, this is a unique opportunity to gain experience with a high-potential venture in its early stages. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to assist in building a talented founding team.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing and identifying candidates for various roles (technical, operational, and creative positions)
• Screen resumes and applications, shortlisting suitable candidates
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess fit and qualifications
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and senior management
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
• Support HR tasks related to recruitment for key hires, including co-founders and advisors
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as required
Qualifications:
• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous HR/recruitment experience is a plus, but not required
