Position Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Director to manage full-cycle recruiting for a field-driven, operations-heavy workforce. This role is best suited for someone experienced in construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, or similar blue-collar environments who enjoys working closely with leadership and being embedded in the day-to-day business.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting for field, skilled trades, and office-based roles
- Partner with operations leaders to understand workforce and hiring needs
- Proactively candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
- Support onboarding and pre-employment processes
- Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting documentation
- Represent the employer professionally in the local labor market
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruiting experience in construction (or similar industry)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience recruiting hourly and hard-to-fill roles
- Comfortable working fully on-site in a hands-on environment
