Position Summary
Responsible for driving technology risk governance, vulnerability management, patch compliance, operational readiness, and infrastructure coordination across distributed and mainframe technology environments. This role partners with Application, Infrastructure, Security, Database, Middleware, and Production Support teams to identify, track, and remediate technology risks, audit findings, security exposures, and operational issues while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include coordinating server maintenance, vulnerability remediation, patch deployments, infrastructure upgrades, production implementations, change management activities, incident reviews, and production readiness assessments. The role also supports governance forums, executive reporting, risk tracking, audit responses, and cross-functional delivery of strategic technology initiatives.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of enterprise technology platforms, including Mainframe (CICS, DB2, COBOL, JCL, z/OS), Java applications, MuleSoft integrations, APIs, distributed systems, middleware, databases, and infrastructure hosting environments. Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, and enterprise observability tools is preferred for monitoring, incident analysis, trend reporting, and operational risk assessments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in database background on one or more of these databases: Mainframe, DB2, Oracle etc.
5 years of relevant IT software experience (Development SDLC lifecycle)
• Good knowledge of CICS/BATCH/DB2
• Knowledge of Spring, Spring MVC and Spring Batch
• Strong Core Java Skills
• Basic Knowledge of XML Schema and Processing Technologies (Parsers, JAXB, XSLT etc)
• Good Understanding of Core Java Patterns
• Bachelor degree in IT related field or Science & Engineering
