What You’ll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates throughout their journey
- Partner with Account Managers and Client Solutions Managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies
- Source high-level talent across technical areas including: Application Development, Analysis, Cybersecurity, Project Management & Quality Assurance
- Utilize job boards, recruiting tools, and creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates
- Leverage social media and networking to build a strong talent pipeline
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide strategic hiring recommendations aligned with client needs
- Manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate interviews and lead post-interview debriefs and feedback loops
- Negotiate offers with a focus on market competitiveness and client requirements
- Continuously analyze recruiting performance and optimize processes using data-driven insights
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 year of technical recruiting experience
- The ability to work in our Somerville office 3 days/week
- Strong ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Experience with job boards, sourcing tools, and recruiting platforms
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Experience with Bullhorn is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and sound judgment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
