Job Title: SWIFT Payments Engineer
Duration: 12 months with extension possible to 18 months
Location: Jersey City, NJ (3 days per week onsite)
Other Approved Locations: Charlotte, NC
Pay Scale: $65-70/hr W2 (Cannot subcontract or C2C)
Job Description:
Matlen Sliver is recruiting for a SWIFT technologist consultant that will be responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish compliance and regulatory business goals. Key responsibilities of the role include ensuring that SWIFT provided software is installed, configured, and supported to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the Information Technology industry
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in installing patches, maintaining, troubleshoot and testing SWIFT products including SWIFT Alliance Gateway, SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Web Platform, SWIFT Net Link
- Experience with applications running on Linux operating systems.
- Experience creating application related documentation to meet risk, regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Able to demonstrate a knowledge of SWIFT protocols and most messaging formats.
Desired Experience:
- Knowledge of ISO20022 Payment Format a plus
- Knowledge of US RTP, SEPA Instant, Fed Now or relevant Realtime payment processing formats a plus
