Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote)

Job Description:
Must Have:

• 8 years as a Scrum Master (insurance/financial services preferred)
• Strong experience leading Scrum events and PI Planning
• Technical background (development, testing, BA, DevOps, UAT, integrations)
• Ability to mentor teams across technical and Agile competencies
• Experience identifying risks, resolving issues, and improving processes
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Ativo
• Experience coaching teams on AI tools for productivity

Role Overview:
Lead Agile delivery for technology projects, coach Scrum teams, and drive high performance across cross-functional teams. Partner with Product Owners, business teams, and report to the Release Train Engineer (RTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum events (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and improve delivery outcomes
• Support backlog management and PI/Sprint goal achievement
• Track and report metrics (velocity, burndown, predictability)
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts
• Represent team in Scrum of Scrums and cross-team forums
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity
• Ensure effective use of JIRA, Confluence, and AI tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• Scrum certification (preferred)
• Strong Agile/SDLC knowledge and delivery experience
• Experience with SOA-based projects
• Technical mentoring experience across software delivery
