This role is responsible for managing third party technology assets for one of more portfolios including licensing, financials, commercial agreements, business case development and product lifecycle. In this role, the Product Manager will function as a business owner and manage the relationship with commercial partners and ensure success of the commercialized products.

Key Resposibilities:
- Evaluate the technology, conduct research, determine competitive landscape and business trends, and perform quantitative analysis to evaluate potential opportunities for growth and/or cost savings for the firm.
- Define an MVP for a product and the analytics to define success of product.
- Contribute to the roadmap for feature set rollout and monitor progress for milestones (internally and vendor enhancements).
- Determine path to scale product and maintain operational success
- Experience with developing go to market strategies for assigned products, representing the product demand and product strategy in commercial deals with procurement, and managing post launch customer success plans with vendor.
- Subject Matter Expert for product licensing and product use rights. This requires the product Specialist to have a clear understanding of product usage and System Of Record and Software Asset Configuration Management Controls for their product.
- Responsible for product lifecycle road mapping and classifications to help drive adoption of strategic products, sunsetting of nonstrategic products and version currency of existing products.
- Key responsibilities should include understanding the customer business and goals, the value the customer derives from the product, and then figuring out what business capabilities of the product meet the demand/requirements.
