Portfolio Operations Analyst

Job Summary:We are seeking a Portfolio Operations Analyst to support a product-led organization by managing key portfolio operations functions, including purchase orders, invoicing, budget governance, resource planning, contract management, and portfolio reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with experience supporting PMO or portfolio operations.
Project Details:
- Support portfolio operations across multiple initiatives within a product-led environment.
- Process purchase orders and invoices using Coupa.
- Maintain project and resource updates in Clarity PPM (or similar PPM tool).
- Track operating and capital budgets while supporting financial governance.
- Assist with contract management, capacity/resource planning, and business case estimates.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with organizational processes.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvements.
- 2–5 years of Portfolio Operations, PMO, Project Coordination, or related experience.
- Experience with purchase order creation and invoice processing.
- Strong understanding of operating and capital budget tracking.
- Experience with Coupa or similar procurement platform.
- Experience with Clarity PPM (or equivalent project portfolio management tool).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (reporting, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting audits, governance, and portfolio reporting.
- Contract and vendor management experience.
- Resource and capacity planning.
- Business case estimation and financial forecasting.
- PowerPoint presentation development for leadership.
- Process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within enterprise PMO or portfolio governance environments.
