What You’ll Do:
• Build, manage, and grow existing client accounts to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships
• Proactively engage with IT hiring managers and decision-makers to understand their staffing needs
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver top-tier tech talent to your clients
• Prospect and develop new business through outbound outreach and networking
• Document client activity in our CRM to maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
• Deliver a consultative sales approach focused on client value and satisfaction
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and ensure exceptional service at every step
What We’re Looking For:
• 2 years of IT staffing sales or account management experience (required)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong understanding of IT staffing, technical terminology, and industry trends
• A motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality and consultative sales approach
• Confident communicator who excels at building relationships over the phone and in person
• Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-focused
• CRM experience and the ability to maintain accurate records of account activity
