Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support ongoing initiatives within Bank of America's Enterprise Risk & Finance Technology (ERFT) organization. This role will lead Agile delivery teams supporting Risk and Finance technology projects within the Global Financial Crimes portfolio. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, drive continuous improvement, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate has recent Bank of America experience, strong communication skills, and experience working across multiple Lines of Business in a large enterprise environment.
Project Details:
- Support ongoing ERFT initiatives focused on Risk & Finance technology.
- Lead Agile feature delivery teams within the Global Financial Crimes organization.
- Coach teams toward higher Agile maturity and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Remove impediments, resolve delivery challenges, and improve team collaboration.
- Support enterprise Agile transformation initiatives and cross-portfolio scaling efforts.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, application management, and change management routines.
- Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, developers, and business stakeholders across multiple Lines of Business.
- Utilize Jira to manage Agile workflows and delivery tracking.
Must Haves
- 8 years of Scrum Master experience supporting Agile software development teams.
- Recent Bank of America experience within the past 2–3 years (required). Manager references will be verified prior to interview.
- Experience supporting Risk and/or Finance technology initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments spanning multiple Lines of Business.
- Proven ability to remove delivery impediments and coach teams toward Agile maturity.
- Experience using Jira for Agile project management.
