The Company offers a wide range of critical components and engineered solutions that connect, protect, and purify our world.  岗位职责 Responsibility 序号 No. 工作项目 Items 具体职责 Specific Responsibility 花费的时间比 Portion of Time Spent 1 LN（info ERP）用户支持 一线技术支持 : 作为苏州工厂Infor LN ERP的"一线支持窗口"，处理各部门日常系统问题，确保响应时效和问题闭环 接口监控与应急响应 : 实时监控LN与MES系统数据接口，建立预警机制；发现同步异常或传输中断时，立即牵头MES团队和业务用户联合恢复 知识库建设:建立LN系统支持知识库，整理常见问题解决方案与操作指南，提升团队自主排障能力 运维文档管理 : 负责LN系统运维文档的编制、更新与归档 30% 2 LN（info ERP）系统监管和优化 系统健康监控 :关注LN系统运行状态，监控生产、库存等关键模块的效率与数据准确性 需求管理与项目推进 : 主动收集业务部门优化需求，分析排序后协调集团IT及供应商资源，推动功能增强和流程优化项目落地 集团协同与本地执行 : 代表苏州工厂参与集团LN相关会议与项目，传达本地业务需求；组织关键用户完成系统测试与验收 财务结账支持 : 协助财务部门完成月度/年度结账，保障结账期间系统稳定运行及数据准确 20% 3 数字化平台及MES支持 接口监控与数据保障: 监控维护ERP/MES接口，保障生产数据并行同步顺畅，确保ERP数据准确 MES项目对接: 参与MES建设迭代，衔接业务需求，负责接口联调与测试 需求平台管理: 管理ERP/MES问题需求平台，统一收集、分类、跟踪系统问题与改进需求，建立闭环机制 数字化转型推动 : 深入网，管，膜线生产，质量，SCM等业务场景，调研痛点并提出数字化改进建议，跨部门协调推动落地 数据可视化分析: 运用Power BI等工具，基于LN/MES数据开发运营看板与报表 工业4.0项目支持 : 配合运营部门参与工业4.0建设，提供ERP端解决方案，支持智能排产、设备数据采集、异常预警等场景落地 40% 4 其他 定期为业务部门关键用户提供LN系统操作培训和新功能宣导，提升全员系统使用规范性和数据准确性 完成上级交办的其他信息化支持和数字化转型相关任务 10% 任职资格 Qualification 教育背景 Education Background 本科及以上 专业要求 Major 计算机、财务管理、会计学、管理学等 工作经验 Work Experience - 3年以上制造业ERP系统运维或实施经验，熟悉Infor LN者优先 - 有MES/ERP系统集成经验者优先 - 有塑料挤出或塑料制品行业经验者优先 培训经历 Training Experience   知识、技能及等级要求 Knowledge/Skill and Level Requirement 知识要求 Knowledge Requirement： - 熟悉制造业核心业务流程（生产计划、物料管理、采购、销售、财务等） - 了解MES系统基本原理和生产执行流程 - 具备良好的文档编写能力，能独立编制系统操作手册、运维规范和问题处理报告 技能要求 Skill Requirement： 英语良好 Office软件的使用 ERP系统的操作能力 核心能力（软性能力） Key Competency (Soft Competency) - 较强的问题分析和解决能力，能快速定位系统异常原因并协调资源解决 - 优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，能够清晰理解业务需求并转化为系统方案 - 责任心强，具备服务意识和抗压能力，能适应生产高峰期的应急支持需求   WHAT WE OFFER Mativ benefits say a lot about how we care for each other.
