Duration: Through February (with potential extension/conversion)

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Video Producer who can hit the ground running to support a high volume of video projects leading up to an upcoming marquee event. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate professional video equipment, including Sony DSLR cameras, audio gear, and lighting setups.
• Manage end-to-end video production: filming, editing, and delivering polished content.
• Edit videos and occasionally integrate graphic elements and animations.
• Collaborate with internal design resources and external platforms (e.g., Design Pickle) for supplemental creative needs.
• Work closely with on-camera talent to ensure a natural, comfortable presence during filming.
• Coordinate with marketing and support teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video production, including camera operation, audio, lighting, and editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Ability to embed graphics and animations when needed (Plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills—able to put subjects at ease and foster a collaborative environment.
• Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
  
  

Preferred Skills & Tools

• Familiarity with Sony DSLR camera systems and studio lighting setups.
• Advanced editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation workflows.
• Knowledge of audio mixing and sound design for video.
• Comfort working with design platforms like Design Pickle or similar.
• Strong understanding of storytelling for corporate or “talking head” video formats.
  
  

Additional Details

• This is an on-site role (studio access required) Monday through Thursday.
  
  

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $40-50 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
