Senior Brand Designer

Contract: 40 hrs/week through March 2026

Location: Based in the United States (EST / CST preferred)

About The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Brand Designer to support multiple brand refreshes and create high-quality visual assets across digital and print. This contract role requires someone who can create efficiently, think systematically, and translate brand strategy into compelling, cohesive design.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to brand refresh initiatives and help evolve visual identity systems.
• Design assets across digital, print, presentation, and light motion formats.
• Build and maintain design systems in Figma and deliver production-ready files.
• Work hands-on in Adobe Creative Suite; motion/animation is a plus.
• Present design concepts clearly and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Manage workload independently and meet deadlines in collaboration across teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in brand, visual, or multidisciplinary design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, system thinking, and multi-channel work.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with brand refresh or rebrand projects.
• Experience with vector illustration (Illustrator)
• Motion design skills (After Effects) are a bonus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $42-$45 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
