Key Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Operations Manager, ideally within marketing or creative environments
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to partner across multiple levels of management
- Strong organizational and task-tracking abilities with high attention to detail
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet timelines and make informed, confident decisions quickly
- Passion for continuous learning, process improvement, and best-practice sharing
- Strong sense of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Adept at anticipating change and adjusting efficiently
- Quick to understand and retain new information
- Experience using project management tools such as Airtable, Quip, Workfront, OmniPlan, Wrike, 10,000 Ft, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Numbers, Pages, Keynote, iCal, and Excel
- Support annual and quarterly forecast planning for upcoming marketing priorities
- Collaborate across all cross-functional departments within the Marketing organization
- Align stakeholders across Growth, Media, Email, Platform, Editorial, Business, and Marketing on key initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project timelines as scopes evolve
- Coordinate meetings and ensure all essential participants are included
- Lead weekly project status meetings and distribute updates to relevant teams
- Partner cross-functionally to identify and implement workflow optimizations
- Own and maintain roadmaps, project scopes, creative review trackers, and production schedules
- Manage communication flow and ensure the right stakeholders are informed at the right time
- Take and distribute clear, concise meeting notes
- Partner with Resource and Brand Management to ensure ongoing alignment
- Collaborate with other Project Managers to uphold tracking standards and process consistency
