Interactive Producer

This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote contract role located in Cupertino, CA.

Summary

In this role, you will support digital creative and content workflows by organizing information, managing schedules, coordinating cross-functional feedback, and overseeing imagery and asset management. You’ll help ensure smooth project execution and alignment across teams contributing to high-visibility interactive initiatives.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

• Organize and summarize information quickly while managing multiple streams of feedback
• Track project progress, maintain schedules, and communicate project status
• Coordinate copy, localization, and asset delivery, routing materials for review, managing documentation, and ensuring successful hand-offs
• Manage image schedules, expectations, resource management, and image tracking
• Track and manage imagery status of projects and provide daily/weekly status updates
• Communicate effectively with creative and retouching teams
• Be accountable for risk management and resolving project blockers
• Troubleshoot and solve issues, drive process improvement, and identify emerging solutions
• Receive, compile, confirm accuracy, and distribute project information to appropriate parties
• Schedule and facilitate pre- and post-production meetings with production teams
• Support ongoing operations for interactive content programs—including downtime schedules, bug tracking, and process updates—while contributing to platform, production, and publishing efficiencies
• Partner with the Marcom Asset Management team for archiving of all final assets
• Work with a variety of tools, including Numbers, Pages, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Camera Raw, Photo Mechanic, Capture One, and Quip
• Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously evolve processes for efficiency
  
  

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Background in digital production, creative operations, marketing, or project management
• Experience with high-volume content workflows, imagery management, or interactive platforms is a plus

The pay for this W-2 position is $63.48 per hour
