Creator Social Content Strategist
This is a 9-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.
Summary
This role supports a digital services team focused on shaping how content and experiences are presented across social platforms. The position plays a key role in developing and executing creator-driven strategies that drive engagement, highlight digital products, and connect with global audiences.
Our Ideal Candidate
In this role, you will develop and execute social content strategies centered around creator-led storytelling and digital experiences.
You’ll partner with marketing, PR, editorial, and external creators and agencies to deliver engaging campaigns aligned with product priorities and cultural trends. This includes sourcing and managing creator relationships, building campaign strategies, and overseeing execution across social channels.
You will also leverage analytics and audience insights to refine content strategies, track performance, and continuously improve engagement, while supporting broader initiatives with a social-first approach.

- 5 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or creator partnerships
- Passion for digital content, apps, and culture with a strong foundation in social media strategy
- Proficient in social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) and analytics tools, with strong strategic and storytelling skills
- Familiar with creator ecosystems, influencer partnerships, and social-first campaign development
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and audience insights

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Background in marketing, communications, digital media, or content strategy
- Experience in entertainment, lifestyle, or creator-focused industries preferred
- This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work
- The pay for this W-2 position is $64.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked
