The ideal candidate blends creative editorial craft with performance marketing awareness to create content that resonates and delivers measurable results.

The pay for this role is $80,000-100,000/year. This position is eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation Execution
- Write high-impact copy for campaigns, email, SMS, product pages, ads, blogs, and social content.
- Develop product marketing copy that bridges scientific credibility and brand storytelling (packaging, PDPs, collateral).
- Translate brand messaging frameworks into optimized, channel-specific content.
- Partner with design, lifecycle, and growth teams to execute launches and evergreen campaigns.
- Develop A/B test variants for headlines, CTAs, and ad copy to improve performance.
- Write SEO-informed editorial and blog content to support organic visibility.
- Ensure all copy aligns with the brand voice and editorial guidelines set by the Brand Editor.
- Iterate on creative assets based on performance insights and cross-functional feedback.
- Support PR, retail, and partnership copy needs as assigned.
- 3–6 years of copywriting or content marketing experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness.
- Proven ability to write across formats—from concise ad copy to long-form editorial.
- Skilled at adapting tone for multiple audiences and platforms.
- Experience collaborating with creative, growth, and lifecycle marketing teams.
- Familiarity with analytics and data-driven optimization (CTR, open rates, conversions).
