Description
Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support their People Analytics organization by building a best-in-class business intelligence environment that empowers HR stakeholders and business leaders with actionable insights. This role supports People Analytics initiatives during a parental leave period and will focus on delivering innovative dashboards, clean data integrations, and strategic workforce analysis to improve decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who proactively communicates, takes ownership of work, and consistently delivers high-quality results with minimal oversight. This person will be online and fully engaged Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm local time PST.
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $50.00–$56.00 per hour, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.

- Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards that simplify and visualize complex HR data
- Partner with data teams to extract, transform, and integrate datasets using Databricks and other platforms
- Streamline BI workflows by optimizing report fields, data views, and documentation
- Manage project timelines and communication, serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
- Analyze workforce trends and translate insights into compelling visual and narrative reporting
- Provide scalable BI recommendations that improve stakeholder experience and business outcomes
- Experience with People Analytics, HR reporting, or workforce data strongly preferred
- BI expertise with data visualization best practices (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
- Competent in SQL/data manipulation; Databricks experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills — able to simplify the complex
- Accountable, proactive, and highly responsive during core working hours
