Position Summary
We are seeking a Head Math Educator to deliver high-quality math instruction, coach and mentor our team of instructors, and build strong relationships with families. This role combines leadership, communication, and teaching expertise to ensure every student experiences real progress and greater confidence in math.
This position is ideal for current or retired teachers, parents, professionals with strong math backgrounds, or STEM students seeking meaningful part-time work with leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized math instruction using the Mathnasium Method™.
- Mentor, coach, and support instructors to maintain consistent instructional quality.
- Conduct student assessments and oversee individualized learning plans.
- Communicate student progress and learning goals clearly and professionally to parents.
- Assist with center operations, instructor training, and occasional community outreach events.

Qualifications
- Previous math teaching or tutoring experience required.
- Strong math proficiency through Pre-Calculus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and comfortable engaging with students and staff.
- Available for consistent after-school and/or weekend hours.
