Make a difference in kids’ lives—and help them love math.
We’re hiring a full-time Center Director to lead operations, support families, and drive growth at our local Mathnasium center. This is a mission-driven role where you’ll combine leadership, customer service, and education to create a welcoming, high-performing learning center.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of part-time instructors
- Build strong relationships with students and families
- Speak with prospective parents and guide them toward enrollment
- Monitor learning plans, center performance, and CRM follow-ups
- Manage scheduling, rewards, and classroom flow
- Meet sales and marketing goals (we’ll support and train you)
- Marketing - Social media, community events, reaching out schools to promote Mathnasium programs and get Mathnasium name out.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in education, business operations, or sales
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfort speaking with parents and guiding tough conversations
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Growth mindset and comfort in a fast-paced setting
- Flexible schedule availability (evenings and Saturdays)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year (Plus Bonus)
