Key Responsibilities:
- This role emphasizes parent communication, enrollment, and community engagement, including:
- Lead Follow-Up: Call, text, and email leads daily to schedule and conduct consultations, assessments, and center tours
- Enrollment Closure: Communicate program benefits clearly, follow up promptly, and close enrollments with confidence
- Parent Engagement: Build strong, ongoing relationships with parents and families; provide regular updates on student progress and celebrate milestones
- Marketing Support: Assist in executing local marketing initiatives, school outreach, events, and community partnerships to drive new inquiries
- Front Desk & Operations: Support front desk functions including scheduling, payments, data entry, and general operations
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside the Center Director to maintain a smooth-running, high-performing center
- Instructional Support: Occasionally assist with instruction and assessments using the Mathnasium Method
Qualifications:
- Outgoing and confident communicator with sales or customer service experience
- Comfortable making phone calls, sending texts, and handling follow-up outreach
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Passion for working with kids and families
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong math skills through Algebra I (training will be provided)
- Bachelor's degree preferred; marketing, education, business, or related field a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a math proficiency test
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background check required
