Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central hub of communication between office staff, field crews, customers, and vendors
- Coordinate daily schedules for crews, jobs, and appointments
- Answer calls, emails, and client requests with professionalism and urgency
- Manage administrative tasks, paperwork, and overall office operations
- Maintain CRM systems, job notes, and internal records
- Keep digital and physical files organized and up to date
- Support job tracking, invoicing, and follow-ups
- Assist with hiring coordination, onboarding, and team support
- Manage vendors, supplies, and office resources
- Coordinate meetings, events, and internal activities
- Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows
- Help foster a positive, accountable team environment
