What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead Delivery Processing (OKC/FT) Non-Safety Sensitive position at Mathis Home?
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR TEAM LEAD DELIVERY PROCESSING:
- Assign daily tasks to staff.
- Prepare delivery tickets.
- Note comments on the ticket.
- If any ticket has a credit hold, get with the manager to take care of the balance.
- Dispatch with drivers and invoice tickets as stops are called in.
- Upload same day deliveries for warehouse.
- Run special orders report and make calls as necessary.
- Launch pick lists for warehouse.
- Oversee Delivery Processing staff when Corp. Delv Process. Mgr. is not present.
- Other duties as requested by management.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR TEAM LEAD DELIVERY PROCESSING: Ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers; operate computer equipment and programs; ability to communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude when working with customers; knowledge of employment and merchandise handling, and safety procedures.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, typing, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
