Supports Broker (Full-Time or Part-Time)

What You'll Do

As a Supports Broker, you will:

 Build meaningful relationships with the people and families you support.

 Help people identify and achieve their personal goals through person-centered

planning.

 Guide people through New Jersey's Self-Directed Services and DDD system.

 Assist with recruiting, hiring, and supporting Self-Directed Employees (SDEs).

 Help people navigate budgets, community resources, employment, housing, and

other opportunities that promote independence and inclusion.

 Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, providers, vendors, and

community partners.

 Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely follow-up.

 Advocate for each person's choices, rights, and vision for a good life.

What We're Looking For

 High School Diploma or equivalent.

 Two or more years of experience supporting people with intellectual and

developmental disabilities preferred.

 Knowledge of New Jersey DDD, Supports Brokerage, Self-Directed Services,

and person-centered practices is a plus.

 Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a supportive team.

 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Position Details

 Full-Time or Part-Time hours available.

 Hybrid schedule with remote work, community visits, and occasional office

meetings.

 Travel throughout your assigned region is required.
