Position Overview:
Mathews Family Landscaping & Concrete is seeking a reliable, hardworking Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team. This position includes operating commercial mowing equipment, performing property maintenance, and assisting with various outdoor services. Strong candidates will have the opportunity to grow into a driver or crew lead role.

Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial mowers (stand-on, walk-behind, push mowers)
- Perform string trimming, edging, and blowing
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Follow daily routes and job instructions
- Assist with landscape, irrigation, or seasonal work as needed
- Safely operate trucks and trailers (for qualified drivers)
- Communicate effectively with crew members and management
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (chauffeur’s license preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor daily
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18 – $25 per hour based on experience

- Monday – Friday
