I am looking for a licensed Architect with 10 years of experience while working full-time at an architecture firm to assist part time as a contractor, as needed. This candidate should be able to work independently with minimal instruction and have a strong understanding of how residential and small commercial buildings are constructed. Tasks associate with this role include:
1. Drafting (using Revit)
2. As-built drawings / existing conditions documentation
3. Engineering consultant coordination
4. Client management
5. Building permit coordination
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
