in safety data, inventory logs, and supporting technical personnel with

Documentation & Reporting: Compile, edit, and
proofread technical reports, safety documents (SDS), and inventory tracking
spreadsheets. ·
Operational Support: Process purchase requests,
update databases, and manage site-specific documentation. ·
Safety Compliance: Ensure all files are in compliance
with industry regulations and company safety policies. ·
Communication: Act as a primary contact for internal
team members, site managers, and external vendors. ·
Scheduling: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and
coordinate travel itineraries for technical staff. ·
Office Administration: Order and manage office
supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, organized office
environment. ·
Data Entry: Maintain, update, and ensure the
accuracy of financial records, chemical usage data, and inventory logs |
