JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for processing and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail. This role is responsible for working on incoming mail to scan into Kofax and Onbase.
Essential Functions
Backup for Vendor Setup – all new vendors and changes to existing vendors –Document Control Specialist role primarily responsible
Credit Applications – prepare and provide to vendors with appropriate signatures as needed.
Responsible for working the expense report help email and setup employees in Concur
Prepare and Scan POD’s
Prepare and Scan AP Invoices
Backup to monitor Paymode mailbox and make updates to vendor file – Backup to Document Control Specialist
Process Incoming and Outgoing Office Mail
Release POD’s scanned in the field
Document Control Specialist – Backup for on all assigned duties during vacations, breaks, sick days, etc.
Work in Onbase as assigned
Receptionist – 1st Backup on all assigned duties during vacations, breaks, sick days, etc.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Other AP department assistance tasks and projects
Work in Kofax, Quality Control and Validation as assigned
Typing minimum 50 wpm
Ten key by touch
Knowledge of hot key based systems
Required for All Jobs
QUALIFICATIONS
Work Experience 1-3 years Entry Level
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience as a mailroom clerk, preferred however not required. Written and verbal communication skills. Customer Service. Excel and Word skills. Organization skills (good time management). Quick Learner. Self Motivator. Special Projects
