Matheson Chiropractic & Wellness Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized individual to join our busy chiropractic practice.
We are a fast-paced office with one chiropractor and an amazing team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Answer phones and respond to patient questions
- Assist the chiropractor with patient flow and daily operations
- Assist the office manager with various administrative tasks
- Perform light janitorial duties to help keep the office clean, organized, and welcoming
- Work as part of a team to provide an outstanding patient experience

A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed are more important to us than previous chiropractic experience. While experience in a medical, dental, chiropractic, or customer service setting is a plus, we are happy to train the right person.
Schedule
Office Hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Our preference is to hire two part-time team members who can help cover each other's shifts for vacations, illnesses, and other time off.
Part-time shifts are:
- 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
However, if we find the right person, we are open to making this a full-time position.
