Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities
- Enter and process prescriptions accurately.
- Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and dispensing.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally.
- Process insurance claims and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Receive and stock medication inventory.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient.
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Indiana Pharmacy Technician License
- National certification (PTCB or ExCPT)
Required:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
Previous pharmacy experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
