Housekeeper

We’re seeking a housekeeper whose skills will help keep our beautiful senior living community clean, attractive, comfortable, and safe. More than a cleaner, you’ll interact with residents to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness of our community. This position is full-time, hourly, with the following schedule: 1:00pm-9:00pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Performs a variety of tasks which provide and maintain the cleanliness and safety of resident common areas and rooms/homes.
• Sanitize, vacuum, dust and perform trash removal, and maintain a clean, stocked housekeeping cart and closet.
• Coordinates daily housekeeping services with housekeeping management.
• Competently operates various types of cleaning equipment, both mechanical and electrical.
• Recognizes and promptly reports maintenance problems and unsafe acts or conditions.
• Notifies supervisor when supplies are low and demonstrates responsibility for the conservation of supplies, chemicals, equipment, and utilities.

• Ability to read and follow instructions to complete routine tasks and communicate in a friendly, responsive manner.
