Position Overview
MathCo is seeking a Manager, Strategic Alliances with a proven background in strategic partnerships, business development, or partner sales, particularly within data management, cloud integration, or technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, and similar platforms.
This U.S.-based role reports to the Head of Global Alliance Strategy & Growth and plays a key role in shaping and executing partnerships that drive revenue, expand our market footprint, and strengthen MathCo’s positioning as a leader in enterprise data solutions. While the position offers flexibility, it may require proximity to one of our U.S. hub offices and travel up to 50%, including attendance at industry events, conferences, and partner forums.
In this role, the Manager will be responsible for building and managing impactful relationships with key technology and service partners, identifying and pursuing joint opportunities that align with MathCo’s strategic goals. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including integrated campaigns and co-branded initiatives that enhance our value proposition.
The Manager will also oversee performance monitoring and reporting for partnerships, analyzing engagement and sales metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. They will lead partner enablement and training programs to ensure alignment in messaging, product knowledge, and sales tools. In addition, they will stay attuned to evolving market and ecosystem trends, leveraging competitive intelligence and customer insights to inform strategic planning.
Strong stakeholder engagement is critical in this role, requiring the ability to communicate MathCo’s solutions with clarity and strategic vision to both technical and business audiences. Finally, the Manager will serve as a visible representative of MathCo at major industry conferences and events, helping to deepen existing alliances and build new ones, while elevating the company’s brand presence in the marketplace.

- 5 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, account management, or channel sales—preferably within data, cloud, or enterprise technology sectors.
- Proven track record of driving joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling, or co-marketing efforts with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technology platforms.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, data management, and analytics ecosystems.
- Proven ability to drive partner-led sales and deliver measurable business outcomes.
