Role Description
- We are looking for passionate individuals to help our clients solve complex challenges, enabling sustained analytics transformation.
- As a member of the Customer Success team, you will design, execute, and implement cutting-edge analytical solutions for clients.
- You will be responsible for institutionalizing data-driven insights and recommendations, translating analytics into actionable strategies.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with large datasets, enjoy building relationships with stakeholders, and thrive in solving complex business problems through data and analytics, while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- This role will involve understanding client businesses, generating insights, developing recommendations, and presenting these to clients and their management. You will also communicate strategy, delivery plans, and ensure alignment across teams while mitigating potential risks and escalations.
Job Responsibilities
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with all functions within the Tru Fru business unit to understand their data and reporting needs, ensuring BI solutions align with business objectives.
- Power BI Development: Design, develop, and deploy new Power BI dashboards and reports to support business processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy, performance, and usability.
- Data Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP S/4HANA data structures and reporting, ensuring data integrity and relevance for the business unit.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with SAP functional teams, Datasphere developers, data engineers, and other BI team members to deliver consistent, scalable, and integrated BI solutions.
Skills Required
- SAP Data Expertise: Proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA data for reporting and analytics.
- Power BI Mastery: Expert-level skills in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard development.
- SQL & Databricks: Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Databricks or similar data engineering platforms.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or manufacturing processes to contextualize data insights effectively.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language, facilitating effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Bachelors degree required (preferably in a quantitative field).
Years of Experience
- 3 to 6 years of experience managing BI projects.
Preferred Location
- NYC/Tri-state or Salt Lake City UT – 3 days in client office (NYC Time Square or Downtown SLC)
