Job Summaries
Math Facilitator – Group Leader
The Math Facilitator will lead small-group math tutoring sessions for K–12 scholars in alignment with high-impact tutoring best practices. Facilitators will use curriculum and customize instruction to meet learners where they are. This role requires flexibility to adjust content across grade levels (Early Elementary K-2, Higher Elementary 3-5, Middle School or Hight School) and the ability to foster a positive, engaging learning environment.
OST Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator oversees the execution of Out of School Program Academies on-site, including managing facilitators and assistants, communicating with families and partners, and ensuring all program components are delivered with fidelity. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and a commitment to quality assurance.
Qualifications (All Positions)
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience with grade-level scholars
- Ability to work After School & Out of School Hours
- Currently enrolled college (required)
- College graduate (preferred)
- Strong background in mathematics, literacy, or education (preferred majors: Math, English, Education, or related)
- Passion for education and helping scholars succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex academic concepts clearly
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively
Compensation
- Facilitators: $15 - $25 per hour
- FREE enrollment for one scholar in Math N’ More Summer Program
