We’re looking for a curious, growth-minded statistical modeler that blends statistical rigor and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical clients.

About The Role
We are looking for a Director of Data Science to drive delivery and innovation across our analytics function. We’re looking for a curious, growth-minded statistical modeler that blends statistical rigor and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute delivery of diverse analytics projects (marketing mix modeling, financial linkage, database scoring, segmentation, passive metering).
- Build and interpret statistical models / machine learning models.
- Structure complex problems, design frameworks, and deliver insights through compelling storytelling.
- Lead innovation initiatives, including internal packages, cross-functional toolkits, and new modeling approaches.
- Partner with leadership and client teams as a subject matter expert to align analytics with sales opportunities and client business objectives.
- Uphold high standards for analytics, delivery, and innovation.
- 5 years experience building statistical models
- Education in statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science.
- Excellent communication skills to translate data into business impact.
- Expertise in R, Python, and SQL
- Proven ability to deliver impactful analytics in a client or business-facing environment.
- Strong structured thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
