Regional IT Service Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional IT Service Manager to lead all client and infrastructure service items. This role will support, maintain, and administer the MSC global services environment. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background combined with leadership and project management skills.

Duties

• Lifecycle management of all client and infrastructure service items at service locations
• Responsible for administration, maintenance, and support of the MSC global services environment
• Oversee, administer, maintain, and support the Cloud services environment
• Manage and maintain documentation of service location detail
• Local and global IT project management items

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology related study with 3 years experience OR, 8 years equivalent experience
• Familiarity with virtualization technology and management tools - VMWARE, PROXMOX, HYPER-V, and others are a plus
• Familiarity with network infrastructure components and configuration of those components
• Knowledge of Fortinet or Aruba is a plus
• Knowledge of wireless standards and operations is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Systems as well as Amazon Web Service Cloud Systems (AWS), Thin Clients, desktops/laptops, workstations, and server level equipment
• Some knowledge with Cloud-based VoIP systems and their components - Zoom, Teams, and others
• Willingness to learn/improve MSC services with new technologies
• Willing to train college graduates who show the right attitude and eagerness to learn
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $83,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
