What You'll Do
- Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
- Support executive leadership and project teams with administrative and operational needs.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain confidential files and business records with exceptional accuracy.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Coordinate purchasing, office supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Assist with HR administration, onboarding, employee files, and recruiting support.
- Help improve office processes and implement efficiencies that support company growth.
- Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of progressively responsible office administration or office operations experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional, dependable, and trustworthy with confidential information.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Experience supporting executives or professional services organizations is highly desirable.
