The role of the Automation Engineering and Implementation Manager is to lead a best-in-field integrated solutions team that leverages corporate resources to develop, sustain, and grow our client relationships. This role will focus on developing client relationships and internal team capabilities to support our growth into the highly dynamic automated storage and retrieval business across the country and throughout the Americas. This position will be responsible for leading our efforts to support our clients’ modernization and process improvement initiatives by developing technology-focused solutions aligned with our clients’ financial and operational objectives, aiming to improve efficiency, reduce costs, increase utilization, and enhance safety.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in process and technology with advanced warehousing and automation principles.
- Strong working knowledge of the leading and innovative materials handling automation solutions and lead their adoption within our existing and future clientele.
- Experience executing automation projects
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with team members from all internal business functions. (Engineering, Coordination, Project Management, Finance)
- Experience with Project Management Software such as MS Project, Autodesk, Procore, or Clickup
- Own vehicle with insurance
- 25% local/Regional travel, 25% national travel, 50% office work

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
