MHS, Inc., a leading supplier and installer of Material Handling Equipment for Warehousing/Storage and Manufacturing has an immediate opening for a Customer Service/ Sales Support Representative in our Yarmouth Maine Office.
Working closely with Senior Management your responsibilities will include
- Coordinate Sales Projects in our office working closely with our estimators and project managers
- Assist in preparation of quotations to send to customers
- Research and request pricing from vendors
- Enter and place purchase orders with vendors
- Communicate with customers on project status and site readiness
- Coordinate freight shipments and deliveries
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Coordinate record keeping including scanning and filing of job folders
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects
- Assist in monitoring and tracking job progress
- Assist in managing relationships with the customers
- Assist maintaining project documentation
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate party
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer service and support is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
