What You’ll Do


  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of service technicians
  • Drive accountability and performance across the service department
  • Oversee scheduling, workflow, and daily operations
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and safety standards
  • Monitor service performance metrics and take action to improve results
  • Work closely with parts, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
  • Manage departmental efficiency, productivity, and profitability
  • Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and communication

Background & Experience


  • Experience leading teams in service, operations, or similar environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage performance, priorities, and processes effectively
  • Experience in material handling, equipment service, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
