Outside Sales Associate – Material Handling

Material Flow & Conveyor Systems, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Associate in Oregon and Washington to join our team. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales and exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage potential customers through cold calling and in-person visits
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships long term by learning our products to understand customer needs
• Responding promptly to inquiries and resolving concerns of your client base
• Distribute catalogs and follow up with prospective clients as assigned
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to clients

Qualifications:

• Proven success in outside sales, preferably in the material handling or manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: Commission based: Hourly 10% on net order
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Work Setting: Hybrid in office - mostly remote after training period
